Science Teacher for Vulnerable Children

We are seeking a dedicated science teacher to join our team and provide educational support to vulnerable children with special educational needs.
The successful candidate will work in a temporary-to-permanent role covering Years 3-7 across three schools in the Wirral area, developing engaging science lessons and implementing effective teaching strategies to accommodate students with challenging behaviours.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Teach science lessons tailored to individual learning needs and abilities of students in Years 3-7.
- Implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Provide a nurturing environment that fosters academic growth and personal development.
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Have experience teaching science in settings catering to children with special educational needs.
- Demonstrate a patient, empathetic approach to teaching and classroom management.
