Clinical Psychologist Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Psychologist to lead our team in delivering staff support services for the NHS Children and Young People's Gender Service in the South West.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist to take on a leadership role and contribute to the development of our staff support services. The successful candidate will have extensive experience of working as a Clinical Psychologist leader of NHS staff support services and be able to provide clinical expertise and guidance to the team.

Main Tasks
  1. Develop and implement a proactive and responsive staff support process for the CYP GS in the South West.
  2. Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the team, including delegated management and clinical leadership duties.
  3. Work collaboratively with other teams to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychological health services, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
