Care Service Manager Role

Gordon Yates seeks a highly skilled and compassionate Domiciliary Care Manager to lead their domiciliary care services, supporting individuals to live independently in their own homes. This role offers a competitive salary of £32,000pa DOE plus bonuses (performance related).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing domiciliary care services, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care that meets all regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining CQC registration and ensuring a rating of 'Good' or above in all inspections.
- Conducting regular audits and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
- Staying updated on relevant legislation and guidelines in domiciliary care.
This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a team, ensure high morale, and promote dignity, respect, and independence for service users. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to assess care needs and develop individualised care plans.
