Shure Incorporated is looking for a Real Time Embedded Software Developer to design and implement software for our market-leading wireless audio products. As a Real Time Embedded Software Developer, you will be responsible for working on complex software systems, using separation of concerns, high cohesion, and low coupling principles to facilitate reuse and maintainability.
You will analyze industry-standard digital wireless communication protocols, develop drivers for target hardware, and collaborate with our large team of engineers across the business. Experience with wireless protocol stack development, testing for product development, and debugging tools such as spectrum analyzers is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real-time embedded software development, excellent technical leadership skills, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Electrical Engineering.
Ambitious candidates should also possess experience with C++/C programming languages, real-time operating systems, SAFe/Agile methodology, and quality consciousness.
A salary of approximately $120,000 - $140,000 per year is expected for this role, based on location and experience.
