Ecommerce Manager Role

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team at New Chapter Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our digital commerce team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our online sales across the EMEA region.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage the P&L for all website sales across the EMEA region
* Suggest and implement website improvements to increase customer satisfaction and drive traffic and conversion
* Collaborate with the design team to ensure a high-quality brand experience
* Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in ecommerce management, with a strong understanding of HTML and Liquid
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

**What We Offer**

* A competitive salary of £40,000-£50,000 + bonus
