At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead our development team in the UK. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions while mentoring junior developers and ensuring code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement high-performance software applications.
  • Oversee technical decision-making processes and conduct code reviews.
  • Mentor junior software engineers in best practices and ensure their growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and meet expectations.
  • Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Proven experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) is beneficial.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
