• Lead a team of Qualified and Trainee Pharmacy Assistants to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for patients and customers.
• Manage the pharmacy's operations, including dispensing, patient care, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmacy practices and regulations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• An MPharm degree or equivalent.
• Management experience in a pharmacy setting.
