Experienced Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team at Indie Retail. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
- Provide personalized sales support to customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
- Work collaboratively with the store manager and workshop staff to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and product recommendations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales promotions and events to drive customer engagement and sales growth
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a retail environment, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Familiarity with EPOS systems and ability to learn new technology quickly
