Role Overview
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Public Health Specialist Practitioner to join their team. This role requires the successful candidate to lead delivery of the Healthy Child Programme, utilizing evidence-based practice. Key Responsibilities
The Public Health Specialist Practitioner will be responsible for developing personalized care plans to support caseloads, utilizing a creative approach to community engagement. This role also involves partnership working with local organizations to deliver public health programmes. The successful candidate will be expected to work as part of a team, providing exceptional care and service.

Person Specification
This role requires the following qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse/Midwife
  • BSc Hons Public Health Specialist Practitioner (Health Visiting) or equivalent
  • NMC Registered Part 3
  • Nurse Prescriber
  • Full UK Driving Licence (and access to a car)
  • Child Branch Registration or similar qualification
