About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher to join our team as a Year 4 Teacher. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and enjoyable lessons that challenge and support students in their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
  • Assess student progress academically and personally, providing constructive feedback through marking
  • Support students with their transition into KS2, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on student progress and achievement
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events as required
Requirements
  • Dedicated Educator committed to creating a stimulating, encouraging, and supportive classroom atmosphere
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in education
