About the Role:

Position: Class 1 Shunting Driver

Location: Docks

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, day shifts only

Shift Hours: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm (12-hour shifts)

Contract: Ad hoc basis (0 hours contract) - work as much or as little as you like

Duties:

  • Shunting containers within the docks
  • Training provided

Requirements:

  • Licence: Full and valid Class 1 licence
  • Certifications: Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
  • Essential: DP World Card
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of Class 1 driving experience, with at least 3 months of container work preferred
  • Skills: Strong timekeeping and communication skills
  • Transport: Own transport for commuting is desirable
