A well-established veterinary practice in Bromsgrove is excited to offer a 12-month fixed-term part-time contract for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon. Our practice prioritizes the well-being of its team, recognizing that a balanced work-life is crucial for maximizing individual potential. With flexible rotas and adaptable working hours, we tailor schedules to fit each veterinarian's lifestyle, ensuring a fulfilling experience that prioritizes your well-being.

In this role, a typical day consists of two consultation sessions, with dedicated time in between for surgery. The surgical procedures you will handle include neutering, soft tissue surgery, and orthopaedic procedures, including laparoscopic spays. Our practice is well-equipped with dental x-ray facilities, ultrasound, endoscopy, and an in-house laboratory for blood tests and microscopy. Importantly, out-of-hours services are outsourced, allowing for a more manageable work-life balance.
