About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our delivery team as a Customer Delivery Driver. As the face of Tesco on the road, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers receive their shopping in a timely and efficient manner.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer shopping trips with a smile, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
  • Load and unload vans, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Adhere to Tesco's driving standards and safety protocols.

What We're Looking For

  • A UK/EU/EEA driving license with at least 12 months' experience and no more than 3 penalty points.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
