As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will have the chance to apply your expertise in chemical control regulations, chemistry, and industry practices to drive business growth and protect our brand reputation.

You will work closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with REACH regulations and maintain our market position.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the corporation's overall strategic regulatory compliance activities focused on REACH
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute regulatory activities within the EU region
  • Lead the completion of new and existing chemical notifications and registrations
  • Identify and resolve potential product compliance issues consistent with the corporation's Ethical and Legal Conduct Guidelines

Requirements:

  • Degree or higher in Chemistry, Toxicology, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific discipline
  • >5 years experience in a regulatory discipline or having other related industrial experience
  • Knowledge and experience in product regulatory compliance management, especially EU, UK, and Türkiye REACH compliance
  • Proficient with IUCLID and common business-related ERP computer software programs such as SAP
