We're seeking a skilled Theatre Operations Specialist to join our team at Cromwell Hospital in London. As a key member of our theatre department, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our theatres and supporting our medical teams to deliver exceptional patient care.

This role offers a competitive salary of £23,000 per annum, plus benefits including health insurance, pension plan, and annual bonus scheme. You'll work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, with a variety of shift patterns between 7am and 9pm.

Your main duties will include:

  • ">
  • Responding to requests for theatre portering services">
  • Operating systems and maintaining accurate logs and reports">
  • FOLLOWING PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES TO ENSURE THE SAFETY AND WELFARE OF ALL STAFF, PATIENTS, AND VISITORS">
  • Acting as a point of contact for patients, consultants, staff, and visitors">
  • Ensuring that equipment is maintained and stored properly">
  • Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment">

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, experience as a porter, and the ability to work under pressure. You should also be IT literate and have good timekeeping skills.
