Job Opportunity: PPM & Asset Manager

Venn Group is seeking a skilled PPM & Asset Manager to support an organisation in Berkshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a customer-focused maintenance service in line with agreed service level agreements
  • Manage assets on the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system
  • Arrange asset surveys as required
  • Issue PPM tasks to staff and contractors
  • Liaise with teams to ensure remedial works and projects are identified

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in asset management, preferably in Estates & Facilities
  • Strong knowledge and skills using CAFM systems

About the Role:

This is a 1-year fixed-term contract, working 21 hours per week, with a salary of £33k - £40.5k (pro rata). The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a customer-focused maintenance service and managing assets on the CAFM system.
