Job Description:
Are you an experienced EYFS or Primary Teaching Assistant looking for a new challenge? We are working with a Primary school in Enfield to find an SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from January. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and be passionate about ensuring the child they're supporting is happy, safe, and involved in the learning as much as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the child you're supporting is happy, safe, and involved in the learning as much as possible
- Use your initiative and strong communication and teamwork skills to support the pupil
- Have patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special needs
- Knowledge of relevant safeguarding policies and procedures
