About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to lead our team of technicians in Aberdeen. As a Transportation Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and motivating a team of technicians to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
- Coaching and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Effective communication with the Workshop Controller and CSR's to ensure smooth operations.
- Maximizing shift performance through problem-solving, coaching, and development.
- Ensuring customer expectations are met through the Genuine Volvo Service process.
