Disability Assessor Job Description


This is an exceptional opportunity to join Maven Consulting Group Ltd as a Disability Assessor. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life. You will need to have excellent oral and written communication skills, competent IT and computer skills, and be comfortable working with a diverse range of conditions, including mental health.


The ideal candidate will be an NMC registered nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) or HCPC qualified Physiotherapist, Paramedic or Occupational Therapist with 1 year or more broad post-registration experience. You will have a proactive and keen-to-learn attitude, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.


What we offer:
- An excellent starting salary at £37,800 per annum
- Monday to Friday working hours
- Full time and part time available (3, 4 or 5 days per week available)
- Warrington-based when working on site
- Annual leave + bank holidays + the ability to buy or sell 10 more days + pension
- Hybrid/home working available
- NMC or HCPC fees paid for and CPD revalidation support provided
