Carpentry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Joiner to join our team at Mears, providing repair and maintenance services to approximately 4,500 Dover District Council properties.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake construction, fault finding, and maintenance repairs to a high standard, adhering to agreed standard operating procedures.
- Process all activities electronically using a handheld device, including worksheets, timesheets, photographic evidence, and van stock replenishment.
- Utilize existing stock or collect materials as required to meet works order needs, in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Attend informal and formal meetings, training sessions, and participate in call-out cover as needed.
- UK Full driving license
- IT literacy
- Previous experience in carpentry
- NVQ level 3
- Any knowledge or experience in social housing is an advantage
- Provide own tools
