**Job Description**The Front Desk Manager plays a key role in customer service, maximizing income, and ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Responsibilities include day-to-day operations, team management, delivering exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability through revenue generation and expenditure control.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Day-to-day hotel operations and full responsibility for the team
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction and comfort
- Maximize profitability through revenue generation and expenditure control
- Leadership, recruiting, training, and coaching of team members
We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Rooms management role. The ideal candidate should possess proven leadership skills, a current Manager's Certificate, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, negotiation skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
