Culinary Development Position
An exciting opportunity exists at St Oswald's Hospice Ltd for a Pastry and Cuisine Developer to join their catering team. The ideal candidate will have an industry-recognised qualification such as a Level 3 NVQ or AVCE and relevant food hygiene certification, ensuring high-quality presentation and choice of meals.
The selected individual will work in a patient-focused environment, collaborating with other teams to deliver seamless service and contributing to the overall success of the hospice. The estimated annual salary for this role is £31,500 - £34,000 depending on experience.

Main Duties
As a key member of the Catering Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service, maintaining high standards of food quality, and adhering to health and safety guidelines. This includes working closely with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and contributing to the overall success of the hospice.
