Clinical Support Worker - Pre Assessment Department
Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients undergoing pre-assessment procedures.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring individualized and compassionate care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote open communication and trust.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Health/Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Substantial experience in a relevant healthcare setting, with a focus on pre-assessment procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Proficiency in testing procedures, such as ECG and phlebotomy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
