Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality personal care to our residents, supporting them with daily activities such as washing, dressing, eating, and maintaining personal hygiene.

  • Understand our residents' communication needs and adapt your communication style to meet their individual requirements.

  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide a safe and supportive environment for our residents.

  • Develop good observation skills, a sense of humour, and a positive outlook to ensure the well-being of our residents.
