Key Responsibilities
Deliver quality personal care to our residents, supporting them with daily activities such as washing, dressing, eating, and maintaining personal hygiene.
Understand our residents' communication needs and adapt your communication style to meet their individual requirements.
Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide a safe and supportive environment for our residents.
Develop good observation skills, a sense of humour, and a positive outlook to ensure the well-being of our residents.
