Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our team at Churchill Living, leading provider of housing for the over 60s. Based in Hitchin, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience from enquiry to move-in day.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively contact customers who have shown an interest in our developments and provide expert advice on their purchase
- Work closely with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction teams to achieve sales targets
- Show customers apartments and utilize our show home centre to facilitate seamless transactions
As a Sales Executive, you will work within a dynamic sales team and liaise with offsite agents, sales partners, solicitors, and progress sales through to completion. A valid UK Drivers Licence is required to visit customers away from the site.
In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, generous commission and bonus scheme, and a range of benefits including cash for car allowance, 24 days holiday, and company pension contribution.
