H9 Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join their team in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant maintenance and a proven track record of ensuring the continuous operation of machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Collaborate with production staff, electro mechanics, and automation technicians to improve machinery operation and efficiency.
  • Manage technical services and machinery, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support a team of direct reports and provide guidance on maintenance best practices.
  • Work within budget to prepare cost plans for fleet maintenance, inventory buffer, and training.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a management position in the FMCG industry.
  • Knowledge of legal regulations and industry standards.
  • Strong understanding of plant machinery and technology, including operation and maintenance.
