About the Job:
  • We are looking for an experienced instructor with a strong background in business disciplines, including management, marketing, entrepreneurship, and strategy.
  • Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering high-quality course materials, fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment, and guiding students through complex business concepts.
  • You will also engage in research activities, contribute to curriculum development, and participate in academic and professional communities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • All aspects of planning, delivering, and assessing student work, ensuring that all learning outcomes are met, using a variety of learning and teaching methods/materials.
  • Develop, update, and improve course materials as appropriate.
  • Manage and lead modules/units.
  • Keep up to date with subject-specific and pedagogic innovations.
  • As part of a team, play a full and pro-active part in engaging and retaining students.
  • Attend meetings as required, to contribute to the decision-making process and to develop productive working relationships within the various teams you will be engaged with.
Benefits:
  • The salary for this position is approximately £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • We offer a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave, 8 public holidays, and a workplace pension scheme.
