**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting teachers in a local primary school, working with pupils across Key Stage 2 (KS2) with a wide range of ability levels.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons to pupils in Key Stage 2 (KS2)
- Work with pupils across a range of ability levels, providing individualized support and guidance
- Assist with the development and implementation of educational programs and activities
- Communicate effectively with teachers, pupils, and parents to ensure a smooth and successful learning environment
**Requirements:**
- HLTA status or equivalent
- Experience teaching primary education at Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2) level
- Passion for teaching and ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons
- Commitment to working as part of a dedicated team of primary teachers
