Hospitality Ambassador

Job Description

At Accor Hotels, we're looking for a dedicated Guest Service Assistant to provide exceptional customer service during night shifts. The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver a warm welcome to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Check guests in and out at Reception, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
2. Respond to guest inquiries and provide support as needed, exceeding their expectations through outstanding service.
3. Supervise and motivate colleagues on shift, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
4. Run reports overnight using our computer system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
5. Serve food and beverages, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.
6. Maintain hotel security, ensuring the safety and security of our guests and team members.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel environment.
2. Ability to work effectively in a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including nights.
4. Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
