Strategic Quality Improvement Director

We are seeking a Strategic Quality Improvement Director to lead our Central Quality Improvement team and drive forward the Trust's quality improvement agenda.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Quality Improvement Team, developing and implementing quality improvement strategies that align with the Trust's goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver teaching programmes and quality improvement projects.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement throughout the organization.
This senior leadership role requires a strong track record of delivering quality improvement initiatives, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively. The estimated salary for this position is £80,000-£100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
