Job Title: Pharmacist Leader

Salary: £28.00 per hour

This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of a community pharmacy, ensuring exceptional patient care and adherence to regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a community pharmacy setting with management experience, strong commitment to patient care and safety, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

We are committed to providing the highest standard of care to our patients and seeking a talented and experienced Pharmacist Manager to join our team in Whitchurch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage pharmacy operations, ensuring delivery of exceptional patient care and adherence to regulatory standards
  • Oversee a dedicated team of pharmacy staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
  • Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines

Benefits:

  • £28.00 per hour
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (Increasing to 32 days with length of service)
  • GPhC fees paid
  • Performance related bonus of up to £5000 per year
