Nurse Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a leader in providing exceptional care to our residents.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of £21,060 per annum. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home.
The role requires a highly respected member of our team who can make sure policies and standards meet our high clinical standard and offer clinical guidance to the whole care team.
You will also be accountable for helping with all CQC tasks and delivering high-quality, personal and social care teamed with kindness and warmth.
About You- A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct.
- A positive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm to encourage a supportive working environment.
- Naturally caring with a hands-on approach and a flair for helping people maintain their independence, choice, and dignity.
- An effective communicator who can build strong and honest relationships with residents and the people they care about.
- A passion to coach, guide, and support your team, as well as providing formal and informal programmes of training to colleagues and other care professionals.
