Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding guest service at all times, ensuring that every guest feels valued and respected.
  • Serve drinks and food in a warm and friendly manner, always maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Assist in setting up and closing down the bar/floor areas, ensuring that everything is ready for service or the next trading session.
  • Maintain the standards of the business, keeping all areas clean and tidy, and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
