We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor to join our team at PSR Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and manage project budgets, including cost plans, estimates, and cash flow forecasts
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and resolve any disputes that may arise
- Monitor project progress and report to senior management
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Minimum of three years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost management principles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant degree or professional qualification
A competitive salary of £65,000 - £70,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits including pension.
