The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering financial results and working closely with non-finance stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee all aspects of budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure financial efficiency and accountability across the organization.
  • Design and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert financial guidance and advice to the leadership team to inform business decisions.
  • Manage the preparation of financial reports to ensure transparency and accuracy.
  • Lead and manage the finance team to achieve the organization's financial objectives.
Requirements:
  • A full accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or CIPFA).
  • Strong financial and strategic planning skills with experience working with non-finance stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
