As a Care Assistant with ECL, you will play a vital role in helping our customers regain their independence and continue living in their own home.

The role involves working with clients to relearn skills such as personal care, mobility, and preparing meals. You will be assigned a mentor who will take you out to meet some of our customers and work alongside you until you are confident in the role.
