We are a leading educational institution, The Mill Hill School Foundation, seeking a meticulous Billing Associate to join our finance team. Our mission is to provide high-quality education, and we are committed to delivering accurate financial transactions.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing sales invoicing data and analysis reports, cost management reports, and invoicing weekly and monthly billing. They will also assist with the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to work methodically and accurately with good numeracy skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Able to build effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to evaluate and prioritise workload.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience). The role requires full-time attendance from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. Please note that remote or hybrid working is not an option for this position.
