We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of FM and Capital Projects to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of our facilities management operations and capital projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective facilities management strategies to ensure the smooth operation of our premises.
- Lead the planning, development, implementation, and review of our corporate health and safety strategy and policies.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to our team on facilities management best practices.
- Present timely and relevant information and advice to our stakeholders on our property and land assets.
- CIWFM or similar professional accreditation.
- Significant experience of working in local or central government or another major public sector organization.
- Ability to work effectively with senior officers and members across the council and external partners.
Please note that you should be available to work immediately or at short notice, and have the right to work in the UK.
