Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Next. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and inclusive store culture that fosters teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure accurate stock processes, maintain a commercial and operationally efficient store environment, and promote a culture of safety.
- Communicate effectively with the team, customers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- You are a passionate and results-driven individual with a strong commercial understanding and excellent leadership skills.
- You have a proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams.
- You are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- You are a creative problem solver with a strong business acumen, able to make sound decisions and drive business growth.
In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment. This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to, for example, the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level, not being met.
