Tencent Solutions & Implementation Engineer

Tencent is a leading global technology company focused on connecting people and developing innovative products and services that improve the quality of life of people around the world.

As a Solutions & Implementation Engineer at Tencent, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT solutions that meet the needs of our Europe Gaming business. You will work closely with global IT teams and local operations teams abroad to design, implement, and optimize IT solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements gathering and solution preparation
  • Solution delivery, including IT products & platforms, Enterprise applications, Cloud infrastructure, and DevOps optimization
  • Collaboration with global IT teams and local operations teams abroad
  • Technical advisory and support to our Europe business
  • Driving the adoption of existing IT solutions within the business
  • Coordination of business demand and IT requirement review meetings
  • Regular engagement with cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical field
  • ~5+ years of continuous experience preparing and delivering technical solutions in the internet or game industry
  • Public cloud and IDC related experience and certification (AWS/GCP/Azure/TC, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and Solutions, experience in Cloud-based IT solution implementation is preferred
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, IT planning process, and IT project management in the Game development/publishing/operation field
  • Fluent in English, Chinese is preferred but not required
