About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Picker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate picking and dispatch of goods, providing a high standard of customer service, and working efficiently to meet designated pick rates.
Main Responsibilities
*Accurate picking and dispatch of goods against a hand-held terminal*
*Checking quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is robust in preparation for delivery*
*Providing a high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target*
*Responding to queries and complaints, referring complex situations to a manager*
You Will Need
*A can-do attitude and comfort working to meet designated pick rates*
*A passion for customer service and willingness to go the extra mile*
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills*
