Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Housing Assistant to join our team at Adecco. As a Housing Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to residents across a range of tenures, ensuring they receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a knowledgeable and professional first point of contact for customers on the telephone, in writing, and in person.
  • Support residents with a range of tenures, from initial contact to ongoing support throughout their tenancy.
  • Assist with general office tasks as directed by the Neighbourhood Team Leaders.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a good working knowledge of housing services and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to manage and maintain records, files, and other documentation accurately.
