About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Hooray Works Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on recruitment processes.
  • Utilize your extensive sourcing experience to engage, attract, and approach the best talent for the company.
  • Provide regular reporting, metrics, and market intelligence to stakeholders.
  • Support managers with recruitment training, including the latest Employment Law legislation.
  • Engage professionally with 3rd party suppliers.
Requirements
  • Previous and extensive recruitment experience is essential, with a focus on in-house recruitment and hospitality sector experience.
  • Experience of screening candidate applications and conducting online or face-to-face interviews.
  • Highly organized with the ability to coordinate multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Excellent candidate journey management.
