Equine Veterinary Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our veterinary practice as an Equine Veterinary Receptionist. This full-time/part-time permanent role will involve providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage appointments, bookings, and client communications
- Maintain the front-of-house area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and welcoming
- Assist veterinarians and nurses with administrative tasks and provide support as needed
- Process insurance claims and handle related paperwork
This role requires excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our team, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, including those provided by the IVC Evidensia Academy.
