About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in a role that values drive and a strong work ethic over formal qualifications.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, demonstrating an ability to identify and implement improvements that enhance our operations.

Strong interpersonal skills are crucial, as this role involves effective communication with individuals at all levels across our various sites.

The successful candidate will excel in organization, effortlessly juggling multiple tasks while effectively prioritizing both their own workload and that of their team members.

Attention to detail is paramount in this position, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is essential.

In addition, having an operational background along with being confident with multiple systems including Power BI and digital systems would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage data governance within digital projects and systems across site.
  • Responsible for ongoing use of digital systems, including support with daily issues.
  • Improve current digital systems with new technologies.
  • Improve current processes across site via the implementation of digital projects.
  • Design and trial new systems, processes and applications with the view to streamline tasks and improve ways of working across site.
  • Ensure implemented improvements are standardised and sustained within teams.
  • Responsible for collecting and aggregating data for multiple uses across manufacturing.
  • Improve how we use existing and new technologies to better utilise and display data.
  • Create reports and dashboards to display data at all levels at site.
  • Manages relationships with key stakeholders to ensure all needs are met.
  • Work with internal and external partners to understand the systems and create models and data flows that work with our existing ways of working and technologies.
  • Train and coach new ways of working.
  • Work according to glidepath to meet project milestones.
  • Enthusiastic about new technologies and identify new opportunities. Utilise this passion to be an advocate for change.
