Job Role: Mental Health Recovery Worker
Job Summary:
Malsis Hall seeks a skilled Mental Health Recovery Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with Service Users, promoting recovery, social inclusion, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Service Users in their daily lives, focusing on their individual needs and goals.
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of care plans, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Encourage positive relationships and decision-making, empowering Service Users to make informed choices.
- Monitor and record observations, ensuring care plans are implemented and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with the Care Home team to promote a safe and inclusive environment.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or committed to undertaking).
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a Care Home setting with complex mental health and social care needs.
- Experience promoting social inclusion and recovery.
- Driving Licence (required).
Working Hours: 5 days over 7, Monday-Sunday, 8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday, Weekend availability.
