At Talent Finder, we're seeking a skilled Plumbing Expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for investigating and repairing leaks, taps, toilets, showers, waste pipes, and traps in Yorkshire.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing, relevant work experience, and a full driving licence. Our company operates across West Yorkshire, Hull, Grimsby, and Doncaster, with strong contracts and plans to expand into new industries and services.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 + bonus scheme, plus additional amounts for upselling, lead generation, overtime, and on-call duties. In this role, you'll prioritise health and safety, deliver excellent service to customers, and work independently or as part of a two-person team.
