Transform Technical Services with a Resource Planning Expert

We're seeking a seasoned Resource Planning Manager to drive efficiency and excellence in our technical services team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll develop and implement innovative resource management strategies to maximize efficiency across the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Projects, and Technical Services managers to ensure the right resources are in place for every project.
  • Monitor resource utilization and tackle any bottlenecks head-on, making sure we're always one step ahead.
  • Develop and mentor your team, fostering a culture of proactive service, continuous learning, and excellence.
  • Lead by example, ensuring Health & Safety and compliance standards are always top priority.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and drive revenue growth for the department.

What You'll Achieve:

  • Complete role-specific training and get to know the ins and outs of the Technical Service & Support operations.
  • Build strong internal networks within the UK and global business, setting your team up for long-term success.
  • Align annual objectives and performance metrics with business needs, ensuring your team is always set up for success.
  • Implement metrics to measure success and continue driving improvement across all areas.

About You:

  • Holds a degree or equivalent experience in engineering, project management, or business.
  • Has 3+ years of experience in resource management within a technical services or project-based environment.
  • Has proven experience managing remote, multi-skilled teams.
  • Is a motivational leader, adept at change management, and thrives on driving performance.
