About the Role

As Assistant Shop Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in our shop. You will work closely with staff and volunteers to achieve business objectives and ensure the shop runs smoothly.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including supervising staff, handling customer queries, and maintaining store appearance. Your excellent communication skills and ability to motivate a diverse team will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff and volunteers to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including stock control, merchandising, and store appearance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve customer engagement
