Job Overview

Compass Associates is recruiting for a Registered Nurse to work in their well-performing nursing home based in the Essex area. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to make a difference in the lives of elderly residents.

About the Role

This permanent position involves providing high-quality personal and clinical care to residents within the service. As a Registered Nurse, you will supervise the care delivery by both clinical and non-clinical staff members and work closely with the senior team to ensure CQC standards are exceeded.

  • To lead, motivate, and develop a skilled team of healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding care.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent patient outcomes, promoting a culture of open communication and teamwork.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • NMC registration with no limitations to practice.
  • UK Nursing Experience is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience working in elderly care/care home settings.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £57,408 per annum, paid weekly at a rate of £23.00ph.

This role also offers a 48-hour contract, with 12-hour day shifts and paid breaks included. The post requires flexibility to work on a rotational basis.

Location

This role is based in the Chafford Hundred, Essex area and is easily commutable from surrounding towns, including Rainham, Dagenham, Romford, Chigwell, Epping, Harlow, Chelmsford, Southend-on-Sea, Dartford, Maidstone, and Sevenoaks.

Interview Process

A 2-stage interview process will be conducted, comprising a pre-screening call followed by a face-to-face interview at the home with the Clinical Lead and Home Manager.
